No one can debate the need for life-long learning for physicians. These days, medical knowledge is being written and re-written at breakneck pace. And continuing medical education (CME) has a role to play in improving the standard of medical care like never before.

In India, with accreditation for continuing medical education being initiated in 2012 by a few state medical councils, doctors are increasingly turning to robust, accredited, certified CMEs to stay abreast of the latest medical knowledge. For Medulla, improving the quality of CME in the country is one of the rare areas where corporate responsibility and commerce collide.

Medulla has an expertise in developing end-to-end CME programs with multiple learning methodologies and collaterals not just for doctors but even for nurses, paramedical staff and retailers. Currently, there has been a trend towards healthcare professionals (HCPs) other than doctors looking to upgrade their skills and knowledge base and Medulla has been at the forefront of catering to this trend.

Critically, Medulla has been one of the leading organisations in the country to develop CME programs for Indian HCPs but of global standards and accredited and/ or certified by leading international doctor associations or accreditation bodies. Our international partners for CME certification and accreditation include:
- American Gastroenterological Association (AGA)
- American Academy of Continuing Medical Education (AACME)
- American Academy of Primary Care Physicians (AAPCP)

In addition, Medulla has set up a proprietary e-learning platform that is one of the most consumer-friendly e-learning platforms available on the net for HCPs.
